Graham Hurley

Graham was a P & O industry executive with 20 years of experience in clinical care and practice management. He co-founded three highly successful clinical practices in South Carolina. Most recently, he was a senior executive responsible for multiple practices over a 10 state region.

Charles Drayton

MBA

Charles is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of senior executive experience in technology and systems development. He has an extensive background in Finance, General Management and Marketing with large companies in North America and Europe. Most recently, he founded his own successful fundraising business based in Dallas, TX.







Ann Hurley

Certified Orthotist

Ann has 20 years of experience in the P & O industry as a practitioner and instructor in high-tech orthotics and computer aided design and manufacturing. She has supervised eight residencies in Orthotics. Most recently, she has spent eight years managing professional development training nationwide.

Jim spent 14 years at UC Davis Medical Center and a further 16 years in a private practice. He is a Pediatric lower limb specialist and has an interest in prosthetic bionics for the lower limb.

Jason Schott, CPO

Fresno and Visalia, California

In Jason's 10 years of experience, he has worked with Para Olympic athletes and in the orthopedic department of a busy hospital in Los Angeles. He currently attends local amputee and children's clinics in Fresno. He specializes in advanced prosthetic socket designs for transtibial and transfemoral amputees.

Ed Sisson, CPO, MBA

Chico, California

Ed began his career in orthotics and prosthetics in 1991. He joined Capstone after having served most recently as managing clinician of five offices for the past 10 years in the Southwest United States. His passion is to help restore the highest level of function, comfort, and appearance to patients of all ages and functional abilities. His specialties include advanced orthotic and prosthetic designs, pediatrics, spinal bracing including scoliosis.

Randy Furushiro, CPO

Randy has been serving the Salinas community and surrounding areas for their prosthetic and orthotic needs since 1991. He began his career in 1977 after graduating from the UCLA post-graduate prosthetic and orthotic program. Providing state of the art prosthetic and orthotic services along with unsurpassed patient care are Randy's goals.

Bob Tschida, CPO

Santa Cruz, California

Bob Tschida began his career in Minnesota in 1990.He spent the next 12 yrs in Beverly Hills California, before moving to Santa Cruz in 2002. The last ten years have been devoted to a full time clinical practice providing quality care for Santa Cruz and the surrounding communities. Bob's scope of practice is adult and pediatric lower extremity orthotics as well as comprehensive spinal bracing techniques. He specializes in advanced prosthetic socket designs for all levels of amputation.

Lesleigh Sisson, CFom

Director of Administration

Since beginning her career in the Orthotic and Prosthetic industry Lesleigh has held a variety of professional positions including Certified Fitter - Orthotic and Mastectomy, Administrative Manager and Business Development Manger. Now as Capstone Orthopedic's Director of Administration she oversees all adminstrative functions in the practices, assures compliance, coordinates contracting and credentialing, and manages accounts payable.
